01. How do we secure our date?
In order to book your date a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required. A non-refundable 50% of the total package must be paid at least 2 months before the event. The 30% remainder is then payable up to a week before your wedding day.
05. Are the travel fees included in your packages or covered additionally?
We love to travel for weddings! A percentage of the travel is included in all of our packages, but depending on where your location is, the fee may vary. Each package has different travel coverage, so we’ll make sure to provide a custom quote based on your location.

02. Will all my photos be edited?
Yes, all of your photos will be edited to ensure they meet our high standards. We aim to enhance each image to bring out its full potential, creating a polished and artistic final result.
06. Do you give our RAW images/footage?
We don't. We are dedicated to give you the best service possible. In order to do so, we spend hours to refine your images and footage.
03. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, we absolutely do! Most of our packages include an engagement session. We love offering this because it gives us an opportunity to meet you both before the big day. It’s a fun, relaxed way for you to get comfortable in front of the camera and with us! It's a great chance to create some beautiful photos you'll cherish even before your wedding.
07. How long does it take to receive the photos after the wedding?
We deliver sneak peek photos within 4-7 days after your wedding. Depending on your package, we aim to provide your collection within 8-10 weeks from your wedding day.
04. Do we need to provide accommodation?
Accommodation will be required if the wedding takes place 2+ hours away from our studio. Capturing your wedding day fresh and alert is equally as important as arriving home safely on the night.
